This blog will be following the topic of recycling in good old Birmingham, the perma-grey monolith of the West Midlands. From nice little things like making necklaces out of a milk carton to those pesky council folk telling you which bins to put your paper into, I’ll be tracking all things recyclable and Brummy for

Found this post on the Birmingham Friend’s of the Earth blog. It’s a nice, cosy workshop where you bring along your old juice cartons and make wallets and the like, with tea thrown in the mix. It starts tonight at 6.30pm at the Friends of the Earth warehouse on Allison Street.

Nothing too heavy to begin with then, but keep an eye open for more recycling triumphs and horrors here!
